Tottenham have agreed a double deal to sign Mykhailo Mudryk and Tosin Adarabioyo from Chelsea, sources have told ESPN.
Mudryk is expected to join on a season-long loan with an option to make the move permanent while Spurs have agreed a fee of around £7 million ($9.5m) for Tosin.
Should both complete their moves before tonight’s deadline, it will take the number of new arrivals at Tottenham this summer to ten as their overall spending approaches the £400m mark.
After failing to agree deals to sign Liverpool‘s Cody Gakpo and Everton‘s Iliman Ndiaye — who is expected to join Manchester City — Spurs made a surprise approach for Mudryk.

The 25-year-old is free to play again after a resolution was reached between the Football Association and the World Anti-Doping Agency having spent 20 months on the sidelines after returning an adverse urine sample.
De Zerbi has a previous relationship with Mudryk from their time together at Shakhtar Donetsk, where the Ukrainian winger broke into the first-team before making a £85m move to Chelsea in January 2023.
Mudryk is, however, something of a gamble given he has not played a competitive club game since November 2024 and was been selected in any of Chelsea’s matchday squads to thie season.

De Zerbi revealed after Saturday’s 2-0 home defeat to Newcastle that Richarlison, Kevin Danso and Pape Matar Sarr have all asked to leave the club.
Tosin, 28, is viewed as a possible replacement for Danso, who is nearing a move to Sunderland.
