In the end, Alexander Isak scored a brace — with two assists from Cody Gakpo — in a 2-0 win to give Andoni Iraola his first league win of the season as Liverpool’s head coach.
Also, in a big LaLiga clash, we saw Real Betis beat Real Madrid 1-0 and AS Monaco beat Paris Saint-Germain 2-1 in Ligue 1 action.
