Neymar accused Santos fans of criticising the club during their 2-1 win over Macará on Thursday.
The Brazilian icon put on a standout performance to see his side turnaround a 1-0 deficit, providing both assists.
But it was an earlier moment in the game in which Neymar caught attention that is being spoken about.
The 34-year-old misplaced a pass in the first half which was greeted by jeers from the Santos fans.

Neymar reacted by waved his arms in the air and asking for support from the stands.
In an exclusive interview with ESPN Brazil, he said: “What I was saying was that we were losing 1-0, and I know the fans have been suffering for many years… But if you keep thinking about that and come to the stadium with a negative mindset, it’s better to stay home.
“I told the guy up there: instead of criticising, there are still 60 minutes left to play, support… Encourage.
